The 30-day glow guarantee

Use your device for up to 30 days from delivery. If it isn't for you, send it back for a full refund of the product price. No restocking fee, no questions.

How to start a return

1. Email hello@aurasavoirbeauty.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid label within one business day.
3. Pack the device with its accessories and drop it off.
4. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of arrival.

Warranty

Every device carries a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects. If something stops working within that window, we'll repair or replace it.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, opened replacement heads, filters and gel refills can't be returned unless faulty. Gift cards are non-refundable.
